Ingredients

50ml Feragaia

Ginger Ale

Lime 

Method

Fill a rocks glass with ice, measure in 50ml Feragaia, top with ginger ale. Stor and garnish with lime

 

APPLE & CARDAMOM SPICY MOJITO (NON-ALC)

Ingredients 

30ml Bittersweet Apple & Cardamom Shrub

10ml Lime juice

10 Mint leaves

3 drops chilli bitters

Ginger Ale

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Clap the mint and add the Apple & Cardmom Shrub, lime juice, chilli bitters and stir. Top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a chilli head and mint bouquet. 

 

PALOMA (NON-ALC)

Ingredients

50ml Feragaia

Pink Grapefruit soda 

Pink Grapefruit

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 50ml Feragaia, top with Pink Grapefruit soda and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.

 

MEDITERRANEAN ST CLEMENTS (NON-ALC)

Ingredients 

25ml Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub 

Mediterranean tonic water

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 25ml Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub, top with Mediterranean tonic, stir well. Garnish with an orange wedge. 

 

PORT & TONIC (LOW ALC)

Ingredients 

50ml Cockburn's White Heights Port 

Tonic Water

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 50ml White Heights Port and top with tonic water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
