This single botanical spirit draws its flavour from just one ingredient: the needles of the Douglas Fir. A surprising explosion of refreshing pine and sweet ripe melon, with undertones of grapefruit zest. A spirit of exceptional freshness and purity.

METHOD

The team harvest the Douglas Fir needles in early summer. By meticulously applying their high fidelity distilling system; The Triple Technique, they deliver the true taste of this tall giant of the Hepple woods.

TASTE & AROMA

On the nose arrives an immediate fresh sweet and mellow Douglas Fir fragrance underlined with complimenting lemon citrus sour notes. The initial taste is an unexpected explosion of sweet ripe melon continuing into tropical fruit joined with undertones of grape fruit skins. The mouth feel is rich, tingly and luscious.
