STARWARD PROJECTS: TAWNY WHISKY

An ode to the yesteryear, Starward style. This whisky is exclusive to the UK and Europe. This single malt whisky has been finished in the decadently rich Tawny fortified wine barrels from McLaren Vale. 

METHOD

Having held Tawny for decades, Staward get all the lush toffee and raisin notes you’d expect from your Nonna’s panettone. Balanced by their signature red wine barrels maturation, adding juicy red fruit notes and spice.

TASTE & AROMA 

An aroma of dried fruit, raisins, fig & toffee lead into a flavour of initial sweetness, with brown sugar and tropical fruit, finishing with a dry spice.
