ABOUT

Named after the Casals family, creators of the original recipe, this is the first vermouth made with ancestral Catalan grape varietals, enhanced with Mediterranean botanicals from Pendes, Spain.

METHOD

The basis of our vermouth is an exceptionally aromatic white wine created from local varieties including the ancestral Selma grape varietal. This is blended with wines ages for 3 years in 600l oak barrels. 

The vermouth is flavoured with a mix of 20 natural mediterranean botanicals, manually pressed, always separately, and then macerated for 3 months with no artificial colours or sweetener.
