ABOUT

Colonel Fox’s London Dry Gin is made using six botanicals and was designed with cocktail creation in mind.

METHOD

Distilled by Charles Maxwell at Thames Distillery. This Gin is made with Italian Juniper, bitter orange sourced from Morocco, cassia bark, angelica root and coriander seed. 

TASTE & AROMA

Italian juniper gives the classic gin flavour with a fresh, aromatic spice on the nose, leading into a wonderful lemon and peppery finish with a sweet and creamy mouth feel.

RECOMMENDED SERVES

Colonel Fox G&T: Fill a highball with ice, 50ml Colonel Fox gin, top up with tonic water, garnish with orange wedge
