Chilean Pisco made from Muscat grapes, resulting in an aromatic, floral and well-rounded spirit. El Gobernador is an aromatically intense pisco, unconstrained and welcoming.

The bottle’s shape is meant to slide right into a saddle’s side pocket, just as “El Gobernador” would have admired. The label’s unique colour is far from neutral, rather it has strong conviction, just like “El Gobernador”. A colour that embodies the moment a sunbeam shines through a muscatel grape, a colour that embodies distinction.

METHOD

Made using Muscat grapes, this pisco is produced with only a single distillation in order to conserve the terpene scents of the muscatel variety. Single, discontinuous distillation in copper stills

TASTE & AROMA

Aromatic floral notes, as well as notes of citrus, this has a creamy texture and a long finish.
