ABOUT

Ramsbury Single Estate gin is rare. One of the few single estate gins made in the UK. Harmoniously balanced flavours deliver an intensely smooth, fruity gin at the sweeter end of traditional London dry.

METHOD

The basis of the gin is the Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka, which is distilled from winter wheat grown in their own fields. They re-distil the spirit with nine botanicals, including classic juniper infused with the floral tones of fresh quince grown in the grounds of the distillery, with the addition of cinnamon, liquorice, oris root, coriander, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel and angelica. The result is a London Dry Gin with a modern twist, complex but balanced.

TASTE & AROMA

Juniper infuses with the grassy tones of quince. Citrus, woody angelica and spicy cinnamon create a complex but balanced aroma.
