ABOUT

Left-Field is an approachable, versatile single malt whisky with all the hallmarks of Starward’s distinctive Australian red wine barrel maturation. This whisky is unique to Starward as they only use 100% French oak to give a rich and spicy mouthfeel and to enhance the complex oak characters, while maintaining the delicate wine flavours. Crafted to be smooth and flavoursome in style, enjoyed any way you like; mixed, shaken or built.

100% malted barley
Double pot distillation
Aged in 100% French Oak, 90% wet fill red wine barrels

TASTE & AROMA

Tropical fruit, red apple and fresh red berries on the nose create an Estery with bright tropical fruit and toasted oak on the palate. Left-Field has a delicate finish with soft tannic structure and French oak spice.
