METHOD

The two heritage barleys (Plumage Archer and Marris Otter) are distilled separately and blended together in precise quantities. Diluted to bottle strength with pure spring water drawn from the ancient aquifer at Jupiter Artland, the spiritual home of X Muse.

TASTE & AROMA

On the nose cider and cooked apple notes with dessert overtones and a hint of earthiness. An enjoyable mouthfeel and release of sweetness followed by cider and cooked apple with malty biscuit notes.
